As all cooks out there know, we never leave any recipe alone or unchanged... we have to personalize them, and thus Dave's Spice & Rub was born. My friends and family enjoy gourmet cooking, outdoor grilling, and family style "everyone is invited" eating, so we do a lot of gourmet grilling on our Weber grill. I have been cooking on a Weber grill most of my life, and my father has always loved cooking on his (that's now 25 year old!) There may be other good grills, but we won't change! I am sure that the Weber grill is one of the BIG Secrets to great tasting grilled food. In the past two years, my friends have enjoyed challenging me to grill new dishes with a wide variety of poultry, seafood and meats... now they're waiting for grilled cookies! |
